vdate In most pressure cleaning equipment, the pump motor is turned on and off at the machine. The operator, however, may be cleaning as far as 100 feet away. When he wants to stop spraying water he needs a way to stop water flow without walking back to the machine. The trigger gun and unloader provide that kind of control literally at the operator’s fingertips. The valves in the trigger gun and unloader can be thought of as a pair of traffic cops, directing the "traffic flow" of water in the cleaning system. (more…)

vdate The components in the fluid system are held together by a variety of couplings and fittings. These standard connections can be used in various combinations to meet almost any plumbing requirement. Some of the plumbing solutions found in the industry are unique. Most of the fittings listed here are available in standard SAE sizes including 1/8", ¼", 3/8", ½", ¾" and 1". Depending on the fitting, other sizes may be available as well. (more…)

vdate Trigger guns are simple mechanisms designed around a trigger-operated valve. In one of the most common configurations for a trigger gun, the valve ball is held in a closed or forward position by the valve spring. The flow of the water forces the valve ball to seat more tightly and blocks the flow of the water through the gun to the nozzle. (more…)

vdate Maximize Your Pressure Washers Effectiveness!
The Surface Cleaner uses the force generated by your hot or cold-water pressure washer to spin spray nozzles at high speeds (up to 2,000 RPM) in a circular motion, which maximizes cleaning on most flat surfaces. It produces consistent quality (zebra striping is a thing of the past) and cuts cleaning time by as much as 66%. It also decreases operator fatigue, so it virtually pays for itself in no time at all! You’ll save on labor cost, fuel, water and time bringing your profitability up, up, up. (more…)
